Your privacy matters
Privacy Policy
Royal Treatment Personal Care respects the trust families place in us. This plain-language policy explains how we handle information when we provide non-medical in-home personal care and support or you contact us.
Information we collect
We may collect information you share with us, such as your name, phone number, email address, address, emergency contact, support preferences, and details needed to discuss or coordinate non-medical services. We may also receive care-related information from you or your authorized representative when it is relevant to the support you request. Please do not send medical records or highly sensitive information through a general contact form.
How we use information
We use information to understand requested support, communicate with you and authorized contacts, schedule visits, coordinate non-medical services, process Medicaid or private-pay arrangements, improve our services, respond to inquiries, and meet applicable legal or business requirements. We do not diagnose, treat, administer medication, or provide clinical or palliative care.
Sharing information
We limit access to personal and care-related information to people who need it for their work. We may share information with an authorized contact, service partner, payment or administrative provider, or public authority when necessary and permitted by law. We ask for permission when required. We do not sell personal information.
Keeping records secure
We use administrative, physical, and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. Access is limited to authorized team members, and information is retained only as long as needed for requested support, legal, and business purposes. Online forms are sent to our company inbox through a secure server-side route; keys used to send messages are never exposed in the browser.
Hiring information
Our public employment application asks for ordinary hiring information such as contact details, education, work history, availability, and acknowledgements. It does not ask for Social Security numbers, full dates of birth, credit-check information, identity documents, or other highly sensitive information. If documentation is required later in the hiring process, we will request it securely.
Your questions and choices
You may ask what information we maintain about you, request a correction, ask how information is used or shared, or raise a privacy concern. Contact Royal Treatment Personal Care at (601) 891-9573, royaltpc@yahoo.com, or 811 Main Street, St. 18, Columbia, MS 39429. We welcome the opportunity to listen and help.
