Care & privacy statements
Royal Treatment Personal Care provides non-medical in-home personal care and support. These statements explain how we respect clients, protect information, and prepare to support families with dignity.
Our non-medical scope
We offer in-home personal care and support such as help with daily routines, personal care, meals, light household tasks, companionship, respite, transportation or errands, and medication reminders. We do not diagnose, treat, administer medication, or provide medical, clinical, or palliative care. For medical questions or emergencies, contact a licensed healthcare professional or call 911.
Privacy and care information
We treat personal information and care-related details shared with us respectfully and confidentially. We use only the information needed to understand requested support, schedule services, communicate with the client or authorized contacts, process payment, maintain records, and meet applicable legal requirements. We do not sell personal information.
Your privacy choices
- Ask what personal or care information we maintain about you.
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Ask questions about how we use or share information.
- Ask for a copy of an applicable privacy notice.
- Raise a privacy concern without fear of retaliation.
Because we are a non-medical personal care agency, we do not provide clinical records or medical treatment records. If you share health information, please share only what is needed to discuss non-medical support.

Safety and emergencies
We keep communication practices to help support clients during severe weather, power outages, and other emergencies affecting Mississippi communities. Our team documents the support we provide and communicates concerns to the appropriate family contact. We are not an emergency, medical, or clinical service. If an immediate medical emergency occurs, call 911 first.
